摘要
本文对基于物联网的煤矿井下智能监控系统的关键技术进行了探索,对当前煤矿井下监控系统不足提出适用于煤矿井下特殊性的新型物联网架构和智能控制方案。系统设计了Zig Bee树型拓朴结构,同时结合环型工业以太网,从而提高系统的可靠性。煤矿井下智能监控系统将传感器监测的数据指标,通过新型物联网进行传输,采用智能控制做出控制决策的方案。该系统能很好的适应煤矿复杂的环境,具有一定的经济性、实效性。
In this paper, the coal mine intelligent monitoring system based on Internet of things has explored the key technologies. It puts forward a new type of Internet of things architecture and intelligent control which is suitable for the underground coal mine to the shortage of coal mine monitoring system currently. It systematically designs Zig Bee tree topology structure, collects data through the Zig Bee wireless sensor network, combines the industrial ring Ethernet, and improves the reliability of the system. The coal mine intelligent monitoring system monitors the data of sensors transmits through the new Internet of things, and the intelligent control makes control decisions. The system is well suited coal mine complex environment, with certain economy effectiveness.
