摘要
雷达物位计应用智能电子部件计算出通过天线发射并接收微波经历的时间,转换成物位计到反射介质表面的距离。它采用先进的雷达技术,即使在氧化铝生产工况复杂,高温、蒸汽大、介质腐蚀性强、泡沫、容易结疤等恶劣条件下,都能准确测出液面高度。通过对雷达物位计测量原理的介绍,并对雷达物位计的特点、安装注意事项、使用方面进行探讨,规避虚假回波,从而更好地应用雷达物位计。
The radar level meter uses intelligent electronic components to calculate time by transmitting and receiving and transforms into material level meter to the distance.It adopts advanced radar technology in the alumina production.It can accurately measure liquid level with the condition of ligh temperature,large steam,strong corrosive medium and harsh conditions and so on.Through the introduction of principles of radar level gauge,this article mainly from the characteristics of radar level meter,notable matters of installation and use of aspects were discussed,avoid false echo,thereby better application of radar level meter.
