摘要
选用了美国杜邦公司生产的2个牌号的乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶VamacG和VamacGLS,从相对分子质量、玻璃化转变温度以及物理性能等方面进行了对比研究。结果表明,与VamacG相比,VamacGLS的相对分子质量较低,相对分子质量分布较宽,玻璃化转变温度较低。炭黑填充的VamacGLS的Payne效应比VamacG明显,说明炭黑在VamacGLS中分散较差。VamacGLS生胶的门尼黏度稍低,但炭黑填充混炼胶的门尼黏度却远高于VamacG。采用相同的硫化体系时,VamacGLS的硫化程度高于VamacG。VamacGLS的硬度、定伸应力、拉伸强度以及扯断伸长率均略高于Vamac G,两者的耐热空气老化性能接近。
The relative molecular mass,glass transition temperature and the physical properties of two types of ethylene acrylic rubber(AEM)were studied.The results showed that compared with VamacG,the molecular weight of VamacGLS was lower and molecular weight distribution was wider and the glass transition temperature was lower.In VamacGLS Carbon black dispersion was worse than that in Vamac G.For raw rubber the Mooney viscosity of VamacG was higher,but the compound of Vamac GLS was obviously higher.The hardness,tensile stress,tensile strength and elongation at break of VamacGLS were slightly higher than the VamacG.
