6060铝合金空气热氧化膜的结构、形貌及性能 被引量:1

Structure,Morphology and Performances of Air-Thermal Oxidation Film on 6060 Aluminum Alloy

摘要 目前有关铝镁硅合金热氧化膜的研究较少。为此,采用热氧化工艺在空气氛围中对6060铝合金试样进行热氧化,在不同温度、不同氧化时间下制备了氧化膜。通过分光测试仪对样品进行色度测试,用扫描电镜(SEM)表征了热氧化膜的微观形貌,并用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对热氧化膜进行成分分析。结果表明:温度为600℃时氧化膜变色最明显,表面偏灰;低温氧化时,氧化膜形貌呈胞状,500℃以上高温氧化时表面致密;600℃时氧化膜是表层富镁的氧化梯度层。 Oxidation films were prepared by thermal oxidation method in air on aluminum alloys at different temperatures for different oxidation durations. The spectrophotometer,scanning electron microscope( SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) were used to study the colors,micro-morphology and composition of the thermal oxidation films,respectively. Results showed that the discoloration of the oxidation film prepared at 600 ℃ was the most apparent,and the surface color was slightly gray. When the oxidation treatment was conducted at low temperature,the morphology of oxide films exhibited cauliflower-like shape,and the film surface prepared at higher temperature than 500 ℃ was dense. Besides,the oxidation films at 600 ℃ were composed of graded oxidation layers with rich Mg element on the surface.
