摘要
浸渍法制备Ni-Al_2O_3催化剂,催化双丙酮醇脱水加氢合成甲基异丁基酮和甲基异丁基醇,通过TEM和BET等方法表征催化剂。探讨了载体中ZrO_2含量,以及反应温度,进料量等工艺条件对反应结果的影响。实验结果表明:在载体中复合ZrO_2的成分,可以促进催化剂的脱水能力,同时加强催化剂的加氢能力,但也会造成高沸点副产物的增加。
The Ni-Al2O3 catalysts used Al2O3 as the carrier were prepared by impregnation method to synthesize methyl isobutyl ketone and methyl isobutyl carbinol from diacetone alcohol catalytic dehydration hydrogenation.The catalyst samples were characterized by TEM and BET measurements. The process conditions influencing on the reaction results,such as the reaction temperature,the feed rate,the ZrO2 content and so on were investigated. The experimental results showed: when recombining the ZrO2 in the carrier,it could promote the catalyst ability of dehydration,and strengthen the catalyst ability of hydrogenation at the same time,but also increase the by-products of high boiling point.
