摘要
目的观察血管腔内介入(PTA)联合负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选择2011年10月至2013年9月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的90例确诊为糖尿病足的患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为联合组、PTA组、VSD组,各30例。联合组行PTA联合VSD治疗,PTA组单纯行PTA治疗,VSD组单纯行VSD治疗。对各组治疗效果进行比较分析。结果联合组治疗总有效率为96.7%(29/30),高于PTA组的76.7%(23/30)和VSD组的63.3%(19/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组6个月内复发率为3.3%(10/30),低于PTA组的53.3%(16/30)和VSD组的20.0%(6/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTA和VSD均为治疗糖尿病足的有效方法,实施PTA后联合应用VSD可有效提高疗效,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty（ PTA）treatment joint vacuum sealing drainage（ VSD） treating diabetic foot. Methods Total of 90 patients diagnosed with diabetic foot admitted to Qingdao Chengyang People＇s Hospital from Oct. 2011 to Sep. 2013 were divided into three group according to random number table method： joint group,PTA group,VSD group,30 cases each. The joint group underwent endovascular PTA joint VSD,PTA group underwent only PTA,VSD group underwent only VSD. Therapeutic effect of each group was compared. Results Total effective rate of the joint group was 96. 7%（ 29 /30）,higher than the PTA group 76. 7%（ 23 /30） and VSD group 63. 3%（ 19 /30）,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）; recurrence rate within six months of the joint group was3. 3%（ 10 /30）,lower than the PTA group 53. 3%（ 16 /30） and VSD group 20. 0%（ 6 /30）,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion PTA and VSD are effective ways of treating diabetic foot,and the combination of VSD after PTA can improve the efficacy and reduce recurrence rate.
