循环水系统冷端改造及运行优化

摘要 针对新昌电厂循环水冷端存在的问题,进行分析,提出改造措施。并在改造后对循环水系统进行运行优化实验,根据实验数据,结合凝汽器变工况特性,计算出机组循环水泵最佳运行组合。实践证明,循环水冷端优化改造后,达到了较大的节能目的,使电厂获得最大经济效益。 In view of the problems existing in the cold end of circulating water in Xinchang power plant, the analysis is carried out and the improvement measures are put forward. And after the transformation of the circulating water system to optimize the operation of the experiment, according to the experimental data, combined with the characteristics of the condenser variable condition, calculated the unit circulating water pump optimal operation combination. Practice has proved that the optimization of the cold end of the circulating water can achieve the purpose of energy saving and the maximum economic benefit.
