Synthesis and Biological Activity of 2-Chloro-5-thiazolylmethoxy-chlorantraniliprole Compounds

摘要 [方法]将新烟碱类杀虫剂活性基团2-氯-5-噻唑甲基引入邻甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂结构中,合成含氯代噻唑甲氧基氯虫苯甲酰胺类化合物。[结果]通过液质联用、核磁氢谱、元素分析手段确定了结构。生测试验表明:目标化合物在质量浓度为1 mg/L时,对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)的致死率均为100%;在质量浓度为100 mg/L时,对桃蚜(Myzus persicae)致死率为100%;在10 mg/L质量浓度下对稻飞虱(Laodelphax striatellus)的校正死亡率普遍在80%以上。[结论]所合成化合物杀虫活性优良,具有开发价值。 [Methods] A series of chloro-thiazolylmethoxy-chlorantraniliprole compounds were designed and synthesized by introducing the active group 2-chloro-5-thiazolylmethyl of the new neonicotinoid insecticides into the structure of anthranilic diamides. [Results] The structures were confirmed by LC-MS, ~1H NMR and elemental analysis.The biological activities were tested. The mortality rate of some compounds against Plutella xyllostella was 100% at the concentration of 1 mg/L, 100% at 100 mg/L against Myzus persicae was, and more than 80% at 10 mg/L against Laodelphax striatellus was. [Conclusions] These novel compounds showed high insecticidal activities and are worthy of further study.
