摘要
随着城镇化进程的快速推进,我国房屋建筑也迎来了发展的春天。在房屋建筑项目中,成本控制是确保项目顺利施工及造价合理的关键。本文总结了当前房屋建筑工程中成本控制中存在的问题;探究了加强房屋建筑工程中成本控制的技术措施。
With the rapid urbanization process, China＇ s housing construction also ushered in the spring of development. In housing construction Project cost control is the key to ensuring a smooth and reasonable cost of construction projects.This paper summarizes the current housing construction project cost control problems exist ; explores the technical measures to strengthen the housing construction project cost control.
