摘要
调研表明:台州沿海地区地下水腐蚀等级主要以弱腐蚀为主,工程中大量使用的是PC桩型,桩径以500mm居多,且绝大多数桩基未经防腐处理;弱腐蚀环境中的管桩的临界氯离子浓度侵蚀深度随时间不断增加,但增加速度不断减小,8年时间平均可达13.3 mm;50年后临界氯离子浓度侵蚀深度预计可达38.5mm,在役管桩中钢筋锈蚀风险较小。
Survey showed that : Taizhou coastal groundwater mainly to weak corrosion resistance class main project is the extensive use of PC pile type, pile diameter to 500mm in the majority, and most of pile unreserved ; weak corrosive environments the critical chloride ion concentration with time pile of corrosion depth increasing, but the rate of increase continues to decrease, up to eight years on average 13.3 mm ; 50 years after the critical concentration of chloride ion erosion is expected to reach the depth of 38.5mm, pile in service steel corrosion in less risky.
