摘要
某改进型导弹舵机控制器由模拟电路改为数字电路后,其可靠性得到增长,但增加的测试指标也给设备研制提出了更高的要求。为实现对其各项性能进行全面测试,设计了一种基于PXI总线的舵机控制器测试系统。该文介绍了该系统的硬件结构和软件流程,详细描述了系统部分硬件单元的功能并给出了结构组成框图。现该系统已经在生产现场运行,测试效果良好,达到了预期目标。
The reliability of an modified missile actuator controller is increased by its electric circuit from analog to a digital.But the increase of the test index also gives higher requirements for the equipment development.The test system based on PXI-bus is devised to satisfy a lot of index parameters testing of it.Hardware integration and software process of the system are introduced in this paper,the function and structure of the system are clearly illuminated as well.The system has been in operation and performed well in the production field,fully sufficing the expected goal.
