摘要
目的观察MultiStimSENSOR刺激器在肌间沟入路臂丛神经阻滞中的应用效果。方法:120例拟行锁骨、肩部和肱骨近端区域手术的患者,随机分为神经体表定位组(I组)和神经刺激器组(Ⅱ组),2组均采用肌间沟路径。记录2组完成阻滞的穿刺次数,所需时阃,评价手术区域的阻滞和麻醉效果。结果:I组穿刺次数和操作时间明显少于Ⅱ组(P〈0.05),I组阻滞成功率、麻醉效果优良率明显高于Ⅱ组(P〈0.05),I组术后并发症发生率明显低于Ⅱ组(P〈0.05)。结论:使用MultiStimSENSOR刺激器的体表定住功能明显减少穿刺次数,缩短操作时间,提高穿刺成功率和麻醉效果优良率,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To observe MultiStim SENSOR between muscle stimulator ditch into the application effect of braehial plexusblock. Methods: 120 cases of proximal clavicle, shoulder and humerus quasi area surgery patients, randomly divided into nerve body po-sitioning group ( group I ) and nerve stimulator ( Ⅱ group), gully path between two groups all use muscle. Two sets of complete blockpuncture times, the time required, evaluate the efficacy of the area of the block and surgery anesthesia. Results: Ⅰgroup The Times andoperation time was significantly less than Ⅰ group ( P 〈 0.05 ), block of success rate, anesthesia was I group was obviously higher thanthat of II group ( P 〈 0.05), incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in group lII group (P 〈 0.05). Conclu-sion : Using MUltiStimSENSOR stimulator positioning function of the body surface significantly decrease The Times of puncture and shortenthe operation time, improve the success rate of puncture and the rate of good anesthetic effect, reduce the incidence of complications.
