摘要
为了提高工业分析的工作效率和测量精度,设计一种基于ARM的全自动测量煤质的触摸式工业分析仪。该分析仪采用热重分析原理自动测量煤中水分、灰分和挥发分的质量分数,利用上下位机通讯方式,进行各种操作控制,大幅度降低实验人员的工作量。设计分段PID控制调温算法,保证了测试温度的精确性与稳定性。测试结果表明,该工分仪的测定结果精密度和准确度均符合GB/T212-2008《煤的工业分析方法》标准要求。
In order to improve the efficiency and measurement accuracy of industrial analysis, design a kind of touch industrial analyzer for coal quality based on ARM. The industrial analyzer use the principle of thermogravimetric to analyze water content, ash and volatile components of coal samples, and adopt the upper-lower position machine communication method, all kinds of operation controlled by control panel, reduce the experimental personnel workload. A piecewise PID temperature control algorithm is designed to guarantee the stability and accuracy of test temperature. The test show that precision and accuracy of the test result are in line with the national standard GB/T212-2008, Proximate analysis of coal.
