重庆地区某工业厂房空调与通风设计

摘要 结合厂房特点、地域和使用要求,从冷热源、水系统、风系统、管道安装等方面介绍了该工程空调及通风设计。高大空间厂房空调末端采用高大空间空调器,在高大空间内营造出舒适的室内环境,同时还将能源消耗减少到最小。利用建筑物平面布置,外墙底部设可开启关闭的进风百叶,屋顶设置风机实现通风换气,过渡季使用从而节约能源。厂房管道排布需各专业综合协调,即不影响工艺设备使用又满足整体美观效果。为高大厂房空调和通风设计提供借鉴。 With the building features, region characteristics and use requirement, presents the air conditioning and ventilation design, including the cold and heat source, water system, ventilation system, pipes installation. Air condition ends device of large plant uses large air conditioning units, and creates a comfortable environment, at the same time, the energy consumption is reduced to the minimum. According to the plane layout, the bottom of the external wall is provided with an opening and closing air inlet shutter, and the roof is provided with fans to realize ventilation, and the use of energy saving in the transitional season is achieved. The arrangement of plant piping professional comprehensive coordination, that does not affect the use of process equipment and meet the overall aesthetic effect. To provide reference for the design of air conditioning and ventilation of the large plant.
