摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)等3种单体为主要原料,采用水溶液自由基聚合的方法合成了一系列聚合物水泥浆降滤失剂,并研究了单体配比、反应温度、引发剂浓度对聚合物水泥浆降滤失剂性能的影响。结果表明,最佳单体质量比(AA∶MA∶AM)为25∶10∶65,反应温度为40℃,引发剂加量为单体总量的1.0%。与常用的几种水泥浆降滤失剂相比,合成样品JLS的降滤失性能最好;JLS在水泥浆中加量为0.8%(以水泥的质量计)时,高温高压滤失量为72.3ml,比标准要求低77.7ml,且对表观黏度影响小;JLS抗温性达120℃;抗盐性满足标准(SY/T 5504.2-2005)要求;JLS和模拟水泥浆体系中的外加剂具有良好的配伍性。
Acrylic acid,maleic anhydride and acrylamide are chosen as the main raw materials to synthesize a range of samples by free radical polymerization in water solution.The optimal synthesis conditions are determined that the ratio of acrylic acid,maleic anhydride and acrylamide is 25:10:65,reaction temperature is 40℃,the addition of initiator is1.0%.The property of the optimal sample is evaluated according to the standard of SY/T5504.2-2005,and its fluid loss control property is better than the 4samples chosen from the field.Its dosage is 0.8(by calculating the weight of cement)and its HTHP fluid loss is 72.3ml,it is 77.7ml lower than that of the demanded standard;temperature-resistance is 120℃;and its salt-resistance could also reach the demanded standard(SY/T 5504.2-2005).And the compatibility of the optimal sample and the simulated drilling fluid system is good.
