摘要
麻黄首见于《神农本草经》,历代不断发挥其功效,本文总结麻黄在现代疾病治疗中较少关注的使用方法和疗效,即临床上还用于多种皮肤病、消化系统、血液系统、妇科、男科等的治疗,除基本功效外,因其所配伍药物不同,还具有鼓舞阳气,疏通血脉;助阳祛湿;引阳散寒凝,通经络开郁消癥;升发胃气;开肺宣上制下,以加强膀胱对津液制约;升阳祛湿,少量麻黄振奋脾胃,使补养之药不碍胃;助他药发散周流全身等作用。文章旨在呈现当代医家对麻黄配伍应用的临床经验,以便更准确地进行临床辨证选药。
First appeared in Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing（ Shennong＇s Herbal）,Ephedra has been proved quite effective from generation to generation. This paper reviewed the application and efficacy of Ephedra in the treatment of modern diseases which has been somehow neglected,and offered clinical experience on compatibility application of Ephedra for clinical physicians. The study found that Ephedra＇s clinical applications included treating various kinds of skin diseases,diseases of digestive system,blood system,gynecology as well as andrology. Additionally,due to its compatibility of different drugs,Ephedra could also play its role in elevating yang,dredging blood,reinforcing yang and expelling dampness,guiding yang to dispel cold,removing obstruction from meridians and reliving stagnation,elevating stomach qi,opening lung qi,elevating yang to expel dampness. Moreover,a small amount of Ephedra could strengthen spleen and stomach thus avoiding indigestion. Finally Ephedra could help other drugs to increase their effects.
