摘要
目的:研究地鳖虫多糖对小鼠胃癌皮下移植瘤的抑制效果及作用。方法:取50只KM小鼠构建胃癌皮下移植瘤动物模型,将地鳖虫多糖分高、中、低剂量组给予小鼠,并发环磷酰胺作阳性对照。测定试验各组荷瘤鼠瘤重,比较不同浓度地鳖虫多糖对胃癌荷瘤的抑制率。结果:地鳖虫多糖对胃癌荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞生长具有一定的抑制作用,三个剂量组的抑瘤率为53.42%、45.65%、39.81%,与模型对照组瘤重具有统计学意义(即P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:地鳖虫多糖对胃癌荷瘤鼠具有抑制作用,本研究将为地鳖虫多糖在临床应用提供理论和实验依据。
Objective: To study the Eupolyphaga sinensis polysaccharide inhibited by experimental effect on mouse gastric cancer xenografts. Methods: 50 mice gastric carcinoma subcutaneous xenograft animal model were constructed. Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker sugar high,medium and low dose group mice were given the concurrent cyclophosphamide as the positive control. Test group of tumor bearing mice tumor weight,different concentrations of Eupolyphaga sinensis polysaccharide on tumor inhibition rate of gastric cancer. Results: Eupolyphaga sinensis polysaccharides on gastric cancer in nude mice tumor cell growth has a certain inhibitory effect. Three dose groups of tumor suppressor rate were of 53. 42% and 45. 65%,39. 81%. In the model control group,the tumor weight was statistically significant( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Eupolyphaga sinensis polysaccharides on gastric cancer in nude mice has inhibitory effects. This study will provide theoretical and experimental basis in clinical application of eupolyphaga sinensis polysaccharides.
