摘要
化学气相沉积法(CVD)是一种制备碳纳米管(CNTs)的有效方法,但是制备出的碳纳米管粗产品中常混有碳纳米颗粒或石墨碎片,利用常规方法很难将碳纳米管从其他形式碳中分离出来。文中利用氧气氧化法进行碳纳米管的提纯实验。实验表明,当750℃加热10 min后,碳纳米管粗产品质量减少,被提纯,碳纳米管的形貌明显优于被提纯前。并且通过这种提纯方法,得到的碳纳米管含量高,提纯后大部分样品是碳纳米管。但在800℃加热15min,提纯后碳纳米管形貌发生变化,碳纳米管形貌发生扭曲,此温度和加热时间对碳纳米管的形貌产生了破坏,不适合碳纳米管的提纯。
Chemical vapor deposition( CVD method) is an effective method for carbon nanotubes( CNTs)preparation. However,the crude CNTs product is often mixed with carbon nanoparticles or graphite fragments,so common methods have difficulty to separate CNTs from other forms of carbon. The purification experiment for the crude CNTs was carried out by the method of oxygen oxidation. The experiments show that the mass of the crude CNTs decreases after they are heated at 750 ℃ about 10 min,and purified,the morphology of CNTs is obviously better than the former. What's more,it can obtain high content of CNTs and the most of samples are CNTs after purification. Heated 15 min at 800 ℃,carbon nanotubes morphology changes after purification,and carbon nanotubes are distorted. The temperature and time condition have a damaging effect on the morphology of carbon nanotubes,which is not suitable for the purification of carbon nanotubes.
