摘要
近年来,发达经济体的离岸外包业务和FDI的流入将我国牢牢嵌入全球价值链中,我国的制造业处于价值链低端锁定地位,研究通过利用航天航空器制造业的时间序列数据,分析了FDI的流入对高技术产业价值链升级的影响。发现FDI的流入在初始阶段可以促进产业价值链的升级,但随着流程升级与产品升级完成后,FDI流入将带来强烈的负面效应,即在FDI流入和价值链位置变动上存在着明显的倒U型关系。因而为防止发达经济体通过产业价值链封锁我国技术密集型产业发展,需结合我国所处产业价值链位置调整和引导FDI规模与质量,并为本土企业提供良好的市场竞争环境。
The time serial data in aircraft and spacecraft manufacturing industry is utilized to analyze the impacts of FDI on high-tech industries upgrading.It is found that initially FDI benefits industrial upgrading,then with the completion of process upgrading and product upgrading,FDI will bring negative effects.The relationship between the flow of FDI and the location in GVC is an inverted U type.As a result,in order to prevent developed countries to impede Chinese high-tech industries’ development through GVC,we should adjust and guide FDI’s scale and quality according to the location in GVC,and offer fine market environment.
