摘要
传统旅游实践教学一般由课内实践教学、校内独立实践、校外独立实践和毕业顶岗实习等环节构成,在实际运作中存在很多问题,亟需解决。以大连职业技术学院旅游与酒店管理学院为例,探索校企双主体模式下,在旅游旺季实施顶岗实习,从培养主体、项目载体选择等方面入手,寻找既满足企业需求又让学生到真实岗位锻炼的最佳结合点。在项目实施背景与意义、项目设计理念、实践教学项目建设探索与实践以及项目成果固化方面进行了阐述,对实践教学项目建设进行理论探索和实践总结。
Traditional tourism practice teaching usually includes in-class practice teaching, the school independent practice,off-campus practice and graduation internship, yet a lot of problems exist in the practical operation and need to be solved.Taking tourism and hotel management institute of the college, under the mode of double main body, it explores the internship in peak period of tourism, from the cultivation main body and the project carrier selection, it looks for the best combination to meet the enterprise demand and let students practice in the real post. It illustrates the background and significance of project implementation, the project design concept, the exploration and practice of practical teaching project construction and project achievement, and summarizes the practical teaching project construction.
