摘要
以辽宁省高教学会"十二五"高校外语教学改革专项2014年度立项课题"实用型人才培养目标下的导师制人才培养模式研究"的实施为背景,围绕导师制对学生进行教师职业技能训练的效果,对比常规课堂教学,对铁岭师专英语教育专业学生进行评价调查,通过分析实验对比组学生的教师职业技能掌握情况,进一步探讨教师职业技能训练教学改革思路,完善高职高专导师制人才培养模式,从而加强学生专业认同,提出加大实践比例、强化职业训练、优化见习安排、科学量化评价等建议。
Based on the implementation of "twelfth five-year" college foreign language teaching reform project of Liaoning higher education association in 2014, the project named An Research on Tutorial System Personnel Training Mode under the Goal of Practical Talents Training, it discusses the effect of conducting teacher professional skills training of students, compares the conventional class teaching, investigates the students of English educational major in Tieling Normal College, through analyzing the professional skills of students in experimental and control group, it further explores the reform thinking, perfects the tutorial system talent training mode so as to strengthen the professional identity, and comes up with suggestions such as increasing practice proportion, strengthening professional training, optimizing internship and evaluating scientifically.
