摘要
目的:观察平喘汤治疗急性发作期支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将56例急性发作期支气管哮喘患者随机分为对照组26例和治疗组30例。两组患者均予西医常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,治疗组则加服自拟平喘汤,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分及肺功能相关指标。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.08%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分均明显下降,治疗组积分下降更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组FEV1、FEV1%及PEF水平均较治疗前有所提高(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组肺功能指标(FEV1、FEV1%及PEF)的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗的基础上加用平喘汤能改善支气管哮喘患者症状、体征,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Pingchuan Decoction（ PCD） on bronchial asthma at acute stage.Methods： Fifty-six patients with bronchial asthma at acute stage were randomly divided into the control group with 26 cases and the treatment group with 30 cases. The patients in the two groups were all given routine Western medicine treatment,then based on this,the ones in the control group were added atomization inhalation of budesonide suspension,while the ones in the treatment group were added self-made PCD. The clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome score and the related indicators of pulmonary function of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 33%,which was higher than that of the control group： 60. 00%,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were obviously decreased,and the decreased degree of the treatment group was more obvious,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. FEV1,FEV1% and PEF levels of the two groups were obviously increased compared with before the treatment（ P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the improved degrees of the related indicators of pulmonary function including FEV1,FEV1% and PEF of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Based on the routine Western medicine treatment,PCD can improve the symptoms and physical signs of patients with bronchial asthma,and increase the clinical curative effect.
