摘要
高校档案馆网站是档案馆在网上提供信息服务的窗口,是档案馆与用户沟通交流的信息平台,其核心是为用户提供方便快捷的信息服务,满足用户的信息需求。云南地区高校档案馆网站建设存在档案资源建设匮乏、功能服务质量不高和页面设计特色不明显等问题,应着力于网站建设,档案资源建设,保证信息质量,充分发挥档案的文化教育功能。
University archives website is a window to provide information service on Internet and a platform which users communicate with archives,with its core to provide users with convenient and efficient information services and meet the users＇ needs. Through the investigation and analysis of the construction of several university archives websites in Yunnan, we have found out that deficient archival resource, lower quality services and non- featured web designs are problems in the websites construction. Treated at the problems, some appropriate methods and suggestions have been put forward.
