摘要 "超级细菌"(superbugs)是指对抗生素有超强耐药性细菌的统称。随着抗生素滥用问题日益严重,耐药细菌不断出现并呈全球化流行趋势,"超级细菌"的家族也越来越庞大,已成为引起临床感染的严重病原菌,可能面临无药可治的境地。2014年世界卫生组织发布的《抗菌素耐药:全球监测报告》显示:每年美国因感染超级耐药细菌而死亡的人数高达6.3万人, Superbugs refer to the microbes which are resistant to multiple antibiotics,including methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus( MRSA),multiple drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa( MDRPA),multiple drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii( MDR-AB) and so on. The incidence of the infections caused by superbugs is increased in recent years,and the new antibiotics in the development pipeline are paucity. Development of vaccines appears to be an alternative promising way against these superbugs infection. The development of vaccines for these superbugs infection presents unique challenges related to antigen identification,animal models,target population selection,and administration. We reviewed the current progress of vaccine development against superbugs.
