摘要
在构建科技进步与民生发展评价指标体系的基础上,采用2005-2013年18个OECD成员国的面板数据,运用典型相关分析方法考察了两者之间的关系,结论显示：科技资源、人力的投入显著促进了民生发展,但是科技成果产出未对民生发展产生正向作用,说明OECD国家的科技成果产出与转化的导向应当进行进一步调整以促使民生发展。
Based on constructing evaluation system of scientific and technological progress,the development of people＇s livelihood,We using 2005-2013 panel data of 18 OECD member countries and canonical correlation analysis,examines the relationship between the two,the conclusions show：technological resources,manpower invested significantly promoted human development,but scientific and technological achievements did not produce a positive effect on People＇s Livelihood Development,Output-oriented transformation should be further adjusted to promote People＇s Livelihood Development.
