摘要
科技型中小企业在推动我国经济发展中的作用越来越突出,但其也面临很多创新发展的问题。为了使该类企业在激烈的竞争中保持或重塑其核心竞争力,分析了该类企业创新管理的发展现状、存在问题及其成因,探讨了创新管理循环改进机制的内涵与意义、构建思路和策略。这有利于其建立灵活、高效的创新管理体系,有益于助其实现可持续发展。
technology enterprises take more and more increasingly important role in promoting the economic development of our country,although small and medium sized technology enterprises have more incomparable advantage in innovation management than other enterprises,small and medium Sized technology enterprises also face a lot of issues of innovative development.In order to make the small and medium sized technology enterprises to keep its core competitiveness in the fierce competition,this paper analyzes the present situation、the existing problems and its cause of small and medium sized technology enterprises and discusses the connotation and significance、constructional ideas and strategies of establishing circular improving mechanism of innovation management.This is advantageous for the enterprise to establish a flexible,efficient innovation management system,to realize sustainable development.
