摘要
"一带一路"是影响我国创新驱动发展的重大战略,体现了我国科技创新的重大部署。我国区域创新系统要实现良好的演化转变,不仅要从区域自身优势出发,更要从全国,甚至是国际化的角度加以考虑。基于"一带一路"的历史基础和现代战略意义,应用实证分析,通过多角度,多梯度研究了各个区域创新系统现状及演化趋势,进而提出了当下区域创新突破的相关策略和建议,并对我国区域创新研究进行了总结。
