摘要
肝移植已成为终末期肝病患者最有效的治疗方法。如何进一步提高术后患者生存质量及延长存活时间成为移植科医师面临的重要问题。胆汁淤积性肝病是肝移植术后患者常见临床综合征。笔者分析总结成人肝移植术后中远期胆汁淤积性肝病的研究现状,以期了解胆汁淤积性肝病的诊断及治疗方法。
Liver transplantation has became the most effective treatment for patients with end-stage liver disease. How to further improve the quality of life and prolong survival time of patients become an important issue for transplant physicians. Cholestatic liver disease is a common clinical syndrome in patients after liver transplantation. The authors summarized research status of medium and long term cholestatic liver disease after liver transplantation in adults, in order to understand the diagnosis and treatment of cholestatic liver disease.
