摘要
文章结合桐城市农业生产实际,就新形势下农田水利基本建设服务新型农业生产经营主体,提出粗浅建议。
At the background of agricultural production in Tongcheng city, some relevant suggestions and comments is given based on the theme of fundamental construction of farmland and irrigation, which service the subjects of new--type agricultural production and management under the new situation.
