摘要
目的建立改良抗酸染色法并分析其在盆腔结核中的诊断价值。方法对48例盆腔结核患者盆腔积液用离心涂片法、改良抗酸染色法和BACTEC MGIT 960培养法进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果离心涂片法、改良抗酸染色法和BACTEC MGIT 960培养法阳性率分别为2.08%(1/48)、39.58%(19/48)和37.50%(18/48),改良抗酸法分别与离心涂片法及BACTEC MGIT 960培养法比较,改良抗酸染色法的阳性检出率最高,其与离心涂片法差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),但与BACTEC MGIT 960培养法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良抗酸染色法较离心涂片法阳性率明显提高,虽然和BACTEC MGIT 960培养法阳性率无明显差异,但是改良抗酸染色法可以快速诊断盆腔结核,对于临床工作有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the value of modified Ziehl-Neelsen stain which was used for detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis( MTB) in the diagnosis of pelvic tuberculosis. Methods The pelvic effusions of 48 patients with clinical diagnosis of pelvic tuberculosis were detected by centrifuged smears,modified ZiehlNeelsen stain and BACTEC MGIT 960 cultivation method,respectively. The positive detection rates were compared among three methods. Results The positive detection rates of MTB in pelvic effusions of centrifuged smears,modified Ziehl-Neelsen stain and cultivation method were 2. 08%( 1 /48),39. 58%( 19 /48) and37. 50%( 18 /48),respectively. Comparing with the centrifuged smears,the positive rate of modified ZiehlNeelsen stain was significantly higher with statistical significance( P〈0. 001),however,there was no statistical difference between modified Ziehl-Neelsen stain and cultivation method( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Detection of MTB with modified Ziehl-Neelsen stain has higher positive rate than that of centrifuged smears. Comparing with BACTEC MGIT 960 cultivation method,modified Ziehl-Neelsen stain is more convenient,rapid and suitable for clinical application.
