摘要
智能电网是未来电网的发展方向,对推动电力行业的能源结构调整起着重要的作用。智能电网的建设和发展是一项庞杂的系统工程,科学、客观的评价智能电网,及时发现其制约因素和发展的局限性,对于全面、客观地指导智能电网规划、建设和发展具有重要的现实意义。首先对国内外智能电网研究现状、我国智能电网的特征进行研究;然后对其中经济性进行深入分析,构建智能电网经济性评价指标体系;最后利用熵权法定权,以逼近理想点法(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)和灰色关联度相结合的模型,对5个地区的电网公司进行智能电网经济性评价。此模型反映待评价方案之间的整体性,考虑方案与最优方案各指标属性之间的区别和联系,对未来智能电网的投资和运营起到一定的指导作用。
Smart grid, which greatly influences the restructuring of the energy structure in power industry, is the future direction of power grid development. However, the construction and development of smart grid is an enormous, complex and systematic project, so it is of great realistic importance to scientifically and objectively evaluate the development of smart grid and discover in time the constraints and the limitations of its development if to comprehensively and objectively guide the planning, construction and development of smart grid. Firstly, the relevant research status both at home and abroad and the characteristics of China's smart grid development are studied. Secondly, the economy of smart grid is deeply analyzed, and an economic evaluation index system of smart grid is built. Finally, on the basis of the entropy weight method, smart grid of grid companies in 5 regions are economically evaluated by using a model combining the TOPSIS method and gray correlation degree analysis. The model reflects the integrity among the plans to be evaluated, and considers both the relations and differences between each index attribute of the evaluated plan and the best plan, which can guide the investment and management of smart grid in the future.
