摘要
目的关联分析血液透析中心警报声音对患者的影响程度。方法通过观察某三甲医院239例血透患者在血液透析治疗过程中对警报声的应激反应,结合人机和环境等因素的影响,对其反应程度进行统计学处理。结果血透中心不同的透析治疗区对患者的应激反应表现行为的影响程度(χ~2=30.91,P〈0.05)具有统计学意义;透析治疗区组间(F=25.25,P〈0.01)亦存在显著性差异。结论及时处理治疗区的警报与故障,减少治疗环境中噪声对患者的心理影响,提升血液透析中心的服务能力。
Objective To analyze the extent of influence of alarm noises on patient stress response in the Hemodialysis Center. Methods Through observation of 239 hemodialysis patients' stress responses to alarm noises during hemodialysis in a third-grade class-A hospital, a statistical analysis was conducted on the level of patients' response combined with analysis of other influential factors such as human, machine, and environment. Results The difference of the influence level of the patients' stress response to alarm noses in different treatment wards of Hemodialysis Center was statistically significant(χ~2=30.91, P0.05); significant differences also exist among different hemodialysis treatment wards(F=25.25, P0.01). Conclusion To manage the alarm and malfunction in different treatment wards in a timely manner can reduce the physiological and psychological impact of the clinical setting on patients and thus improve the service capacity in the Hemodialysis Center.
