摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合护理对剖宫产产妇术后乳汁分泌的影响,为合理指导剖宫产产妇术后乳汁分泌及母乳喂养提供参考。方法：选择2012年6月-2013年9月来我院进行剖宫产手术的产妇300例随机等分为对照组和观察组,观察组使用中西医结合护理;对照组采用产科常规进行护理。比较两组产妇的泌乳始动时间、泌乳量等情况、乳房胀痛发生率。结果：观察组泌乳始动时间明显早于对照组,泌乳量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组产妇乳房胀痛发生率及发生时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对产妇产后早期实施健康宣教、心理疏导、穴位按摩的中西医结合护理干预等措施,对提高剖宫产术后纯母乳喂养率,减少产后缺乳以及减少乳房胀痛发生率有重要的作用,且安全可靠,疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore The influence of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing to milk secretion of puerperae who undergo cesarean delivery after operation and to offer reference for the reasonable guidance of milk secretion and breast feeding of puerperae who undergo cesarean delivery after operation.Methods：Selected 300 cases of puerperae who underwent cesarean delivery in our hospital from June 2012 to September 2013 and equally divided them into observation group and control group at random.The observation group was given traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing while the control group was given obstetric normal nursing.Then compared the milk secretion initial time,milk secretion amount and breast distending pain breast distending pain of the two groups.Results：The milk secretion initial time of observation group was early than the control group,and the milk secretion amount of the prior one is more than the latter one.The difference was of statistic significance（ P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention of early-stage health education,psychological counseling,acupoint message,etc plays a very important role to increase the exclusive breast feeding rate after cesarean delivery operation,reduce hypogalactia and breast distending pain breast distending pain.It is safe and reliable with precise curative effect and worthy of clinical popularization.
