摘要 目的:探讨跨理论模式的健康教育在冠心病患者自我护理能力和生活质量中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年10月-2014年10月88例冠心病患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组予以常规健康教育;研究组给予跨理论模式的健康教育。采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)及西雅图心绞痛调查表(SAQ)评估两组患者干预前及干预后3,6个月的自我护理能力及生活质量。结果:研究组患者干预后3,6个月的ESCA评分及SAQ评分均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:跨理论模式的健康教育方式可有效提高冠心病患者的自我护理能力,改善其生活质量。 Objective:To discuss the application effect of transteoretical-model health education on the self-care ability and living quality of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Selected 88 cases of patients with coronary heart disease as study objects from October 2013 to October 2014 and divided them into control group and research group at random.Gave conventional health education to the control group and transtheoretical-model health education to research group.Adopted Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale( ESCA) and Seattle Angina Questionnaire( SAQ) to evaluate the self-care ability and living quality of two groups patients before and after intervention for 3 and 6 months.Results:The ESCA and SAQ grades of research patients after the intervention for 3 and 6 months were higher than that of control group patients.The differences had statistical significance( P〈 0.05).Conclusion:The transteoretical-model health education could improve the self-care ability and living quality of patients with coronary heart disease effectively.
