摘要
为满足牙刷植毛机刷毛运送的要求,设计了偏心圆凸轮机构。根据凸轮摆杆从动件运动至极限位置时凸轮与摆杆的几何关系,求得了偏心圆凸轮几何半径R与偏心距e,从而确定了偏心圆凸轮理论轮廓曲线。由于受到牙刷植毛机的工作空间限制,又对该机构进行了改进。经过实践验证,改进后的偏心圆凸轮机构能很好地完成刷毛运送工作。
In order to meet the demand of toothbrush-hair planting machine carrying brush-hair,an eccentric cam mechanism is designed.According to the geometrical relationship between cam and oscillating bar when oscillating follower moves to limiting position,the eccentric cam geometry radius Rand eccentricity e are calculated,thus the cam pitch curve is determined.Because of work space limitation,the cam mechanism is furtherly improved.The improved eccentric cam mechanism could complete the process of conveying brush-hair primely via practical verification.
