摘要
针对某型单斗液压挖掘机的工作装置进行了动态特性分析及结构的组合优化设计。结果表明:其工作时整体应力虽满足强度要求,但固有频率偏低,组合优化后的固有频率得到提高,使整体性能大幅度提高。
The dynamical analysis and optimal design of the working device for a certain type of single bucket hydraulic excavator were conducted.The results show that the stress of the original structure can meet the strength requirements,but the natural frequencies are low.The natural frequencies of the optimized structure are improved,so the overall performance of the device is greatly improved.
