摘要
目的探讨新生儿呼吸衰竭的重症监护护理体会。方法选择2014年1月~2015年10月我院收治的呼吸衰竭新生儿70例,将其平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组采取常规重症监护措施,研究组在此基础上给予综合护理干预。结果研究组的总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理可以有效改善呼吸衰竭新生儿的临床症状,促使呼吸功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the neonatal intensive care nursing of respiratory failure. Methods Selected 70 cases of neonatal respiratory failure from January 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital, which were divided into study group and control group. The control group received conventional intensive care measures, study group received comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis. Results The total effective rate of the study group＇s 97.14%, higher than the 77.14%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive care can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of neonatal respiratory failure, respiratory function to promote recovery.
