摘要
目的观察分析茵栀黄配合蓝光治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸的临床效果。方法选择2013年2月~2015年10月在我院进行治疗的170例ABO溶血性黄疸新生儿患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组85例,对照组进行单纯蓝光照射治疗,观察组在此基础上联合茵栀黄治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.6%,高于对照组的70.6%,观察组日均胆红素下降水平、恢复时间优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论茵栀黄配合蓝光治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸疗效显著。
Objective To analysis the clinical effect of Blu-ray and YZH injection treat for the 85 cases with neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice. Methods Selected 170 with ABO hemolytic jaundice infants from February 2013 and October 2015 in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 85 patients, the control group pure blu-ray, observation joint yinzhihuang injection, compared two groups therapeutic effect. Results The observation group treatment the total effective rate was 97.6%, significantly higher than the control group 70.6%, observation group＇s average daily level of bilirubin descent and recovery time were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Blu-ray and yinzhihuang in treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice curative effect is distinct.
