摘要
目的分析输尿管肾镜下钬激光碎石术（HLL）对输尿管结石（UC）的疗效情况。方法选取2015年6月~2015年9月我院UC患者86例,按照入院顺序奇偶法将患者分为对照组及观察组,各43例,分别应用体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）及HLL,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组碎石成功率为97.7%,高于对照组79.1%;观察组并发症发生率为11.6%,低于对照组32.5%（P〈0.05）。结论应用HLL治疗UC具有疗效好、安全性高等优点。
Objective To explore the effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy（HLL）in patients with ureteral calculi（UC）. Methods Selected 86 cases of patients with UC from June 2015 to September 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by admission hospital order odd-even method, each group had 43 cases. The control group used extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL）, The observation group used HLL, compared the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results The success rate of gravel of the observation group was 97.7%, which was higher than the control group 79.1%（P〈0.05）. The complication rate of the observation group was 11.6%, which was lower than the control group 32.5%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applications HLL treatment of UC has many advantages, such as good curative effect, high security.
