摘要
目的对冠心病患者临床检测中,不同血液检验标准的诊断价值展开探讨。方法选取我院收治的40例冠心病患者为观察组,并选取同期40例健康体检者作为对照组。检测两组对象的各项血液检验指标,并对检测结果进行统计与分析。结果两组研究对象的血小板相关参数差异不明显(P>0.05),但观察组红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、心肌肌钙蛋白(c Tn)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)等指标与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对冠心病患者的多项血液指标展开检测,可为临床诊断提供可靠依据。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of different blood test criteria in clinical detection of coronary heart disease patients. Methods Selected 40 cases of coronary heart disease in our hospitalas the observation group, and 40 healthy persons were selected as the control group. The blood test indexes of the two groups were detected, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Two groups of subjects of platelet related parameters were not obvious（P〉0.05）, but the observation groups of red blood cell distribution width（RDW）, cardiac troponin（CTN） and MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase（CK-MB） et al. targets and the control group compared to the increased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of multiple blood indexes in patients with coronary heart disease can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.
