摘要
医院药库管理是现代医院实现规范化管理中的重要一环,也是保证医院各项工作顺利开展的关键;从实际工作来看,保证供给药物的及时性、控制药品积压和保证药品的合格率等是药库管理工作中的核心;本次研究将从药材采购、验收入库、有效期管理和不合格管理四个方面对当前医院药库管理的工作进行阐述,以提高我院药库管理工作的质量。
The hospital pharmacy management is an important part of modern hospital standardization management, also is the key to assure the various works＇ successful developments of hospital. From the point of actual work, ensure the timeliness, control supply drugs drugs backlog and ensure the qualified rate of medicines is the core of pharmacy management; This study will from medicinal materials procurement, warehousing and acceptance, management and the validity of unqualified management four aspects of the current hospital pharmacy management work, in order to improve the quality of our hospital pharmacy management.
