摘要
加快旅游业改革发展,旅游教育迎来重要发展机遇期,而旅游管理类专业却面临着社会认知度不高、人才培养定位不明确、优质教学资源开发不足等问题。河北经贸大学旅游学院以服务京津冀协同发展高素质旅游管理类人才培养为目标,按照"学科知识体系构建+综合素质能力拓展+创新创业职业发展"三线合一的方式,建立"校企合作,协同育人"的人才培养新机制,积极探索将创新创业教育融入人才培养体系,促进人才培养由单一型学科专业向交叉型学科专业融合转变,促进人才培养与社会需求紧密结合,着力打造人才培养特色。
Tourism education flourishes with the development of tourism industry. But the tourism management specialty is faced with many problems. In accordance with the goal of talent training for the collaborative development of Beijing-TianjinHebei, School of Tourism of Hebei University of Economics and Business has established a new talent cultivating mechanism of cooperative education with enterprises. With this mechanism, the innovation and entrepreneurship education is integrated, the single subject specialty is transformed into a cross disciplinary one and the social needs are met.
