摘要
对2004年以来欧盟技术创新中心发布的全球研发排行榜10年数据以及中国企业研发状况的分析发现,企业研发支出总体呈上升趋势,但每年的增长率并不均衡,行业间的差异很大,且不同行业的发展趋势不同,汽车及零部件、航天和国防等行业的研发支出保持稳定,IT、制药等行业的研发投资高速增长。中国企业10年来上榜企业数从2004年的3家增长到2013年的40家,平均研发强度从2004年的0.66%增长到2013年的1.36%,但与我国经济总量世界第二的地位还很不相称。
The paper analyzes 10 years＇ data of global RD ranking form EU Technology Innovation Center since 2004 and the RD status of Chinese enterprises. The study shows that business RD expenditure is on the rise in general but with imbalanced annual growth rate and great industry differences. The number of listed Chinese enterprises increased from 3 to 40 and the average RD intensity from 0.66% to 1.36%, which still does not fit with the GDP of China.
