摘要
针对芯轴式二分段辊,运用材料力学原理和方法推导出支反力的表达式,以及适用于一般工程设计的应力和挠度校核公式。这些公式可用于求解工程范围内任意分段比例的二分段辊的强度与刚度问题,能够为连铸机导向辊结构类型的选择和辊身直径的确定提供依据。
The bearing reaction force expression and the stress and defection check formulas of two-section split rollers for general engineering design have been derived out with the principle and method of material mechanics. The expression and formulas can be used to calculate the strength and rigidity of two-section split rollers in any proportion for general engineering and can offer the basis for the determination of the structure and diameter of caster guide rollers.
