摘要
以钢-混凝土蜂窝组合梁代替煤矿巷道钢棚支护为研究目的,以具有代表性的蜂窝组合梁(六边形开孔和圆形开孔)模型为基础研究对象,分析了钢-混凝土蜂窝组合梁的承载能力,并通过ANSYS分析了钢-混凝土蜂窝组合梁在腹板削弱后其截面的正应力以及剪应力的变化特点。结果表明:钢-混凝土蜂窝组合梁的受力性能比蜂窝梁更优越,能够起到良好的支护作用;圆形开孔钢-混凝土蜂窝组合梁比正六边形的受力性能更接近于实腹式组合梁,由于没有棱角的存在,圆形开孔大大的降低了由于开孔带来的应力集中现象。
The research purposes were that using the cellular steel- concrete composite beams to instead of steel shed support in coal roadway in this article,the typical honeycomb composite beam( hexagon hole and round hole) model was the fundamental research object,and the carrying capacity of the steel- concrete honeycomb composite beams was analyzed,and the change features of normal stress and shear stress which are on cross section of steel- concrete honeycomb composite beams after weakening web were analyzed by ANSYS. The results show that the mechanical behavior of steel- concrete honeycomb composite beams is superior to the honeycomb beam,and can play a good supporting role. The mechanical behavior of round hole of steel- concrete honeycomb composite beams is more close to the solid- web composite beams than the hexagonal hole of steel- concrete honeycomb composite beams,because of no angularity,the round hole greatly reduces the stress concentration phenomenon caused by the opening hole.
