摘要
文章以本质安全型便携式测振记录仪为测试装置,通过对采煤机不同截割工况下实际振动信息的采集与分析,形成了完整的采煤机振动信息数据库,同时,又通过对振动数据的时域分析,总结出采煤机在割煤和割岩工况下振动特性的区别,并利用分析结论提出了切实有效的煤岩识别方法。
The intrinsically safe vibration data recorder is applied as vibration measuring device,to collect and analyze the actual vibration information under different cutting conditions of coal cutter,to create a complete information database of vibration signals under a variety of cutting states. The coal cutter' s vibration characteristics during coal cutting and rock cutting are compared through time domain analysis of the vibration data. On the basis of the analysis consequence,an effective coal- rock interface recognition method is proposed.
