摘要
为了解中国小麦骨干亲本及其衍生后代对禾谷缢管蚜的抗性表现,在盆栽网罩整株小麦条件下,采用蚜量比值法对454份中国小麦骨干亲本及衍生后代进行了禾谷缢管蚜成株期抗性鉴定。结果表明,高感、感、中感、低感和低抗禾谷缢管蚜的材料分别占53.74%、25.11%、9.25%、9.91%和1.98%,无中抗、抗及高抗等级的材料。19份骨干亲本均不抗禾谷缢管蚜,其中江东门、矮孟牛和燕大1817表现为低感,其他中感至高感。435份衍生后代中,小偃22等9份材料表现为低抗可用于抗蚜育种,分别为阿夫、南大2419等5份骨干亲本的衍生后代。小麦育种中,需提高品种抗蚜性,减少蚜虫危害。
In order to explore the resistance of Chinese founder parents to Rhopalosiphum padi, the resistances of 454 Chinese founder parents and their derivatives were evaluated by isolated systematic nets and aphid radio methods. The result showed that the 53.74 % ,25.11% ,9. 25 % ,9.91% and 1.98 % of the whole materials were highly susceptible (HS), susceptible ( S), moderately susceptible ( MS), lowly susceptible (LS) and lowly resistant (LR), respectively, and no moderately resistant (MR), resistant (R) and highly resistant (R) ones were observed. Of the nineteen Chinese founder parents, no resistant material was observed, only Jiangdongmen, Aimengniu and Yanda 1817 were lowly susceptible, and the others were highly susceptible (HS) to moderately susceptible (MS). Of the 435 derived varieties, only nine materials were demonstrated to lowly resistant which derived from 5 Chinese founder parents. Therefore, more attentions should be paid to improve the resistance to the aphid on wheat breeding.
