摘要
结合工程实践,介绍了一种车载伞形十字交叉振子天线的结构组成与设计方法。由于该型天线本身的结构特性,存在结构易变形、焊接定位精度差及馈线固定困难等设计难点。设计中采用振子一体化结构设计以及约束轴与约束环相结合的约束方法,突破了上述关键技术难点。另外对天线结构进行了仿真分析及实物试验验证,从仿真分析结果和实际应用来看,效果良好,也为天线后续的改进提供了依据。
From engineering practice, the structure constitution and design method of vehicle umbrella crossed dipole antenna is introduced in this paper. Due to the structural characteristics of the antenna, some difficulties as deformation, poor welding positioning accuracy and the difficulty of feeder fixing will be encountered and broken through by method of oscillator integrated structure design and constraint method of constraint axis and constraint ring. Furthermore, simulation and analysis of the antenna indicates that the structure is proper. It can be helpful in similar design of crossed dipole antenna
