原发性前列腺移行细胞癌1例并文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 我国前列腺癌发病率远低于欧美国家，但近年来呈明显上升趋势。前列腺癌中，95%以上为腺泡上皮来源的腺癌，约1%-4%[1]为前列腺移行细胞癌（ prostate transitional cell carcinoma, PTCC）。PTCC是一种临床少见病，不易诊断，侵袭力强，预后较差。现报告2015年7月我院收治一例经病理检查证实为原发性前列腺移行细胞癌的病例特点，并结合文献复习，探讨其诊疗方案。
