摘要
目的:观察中医综合护理慢性肾功能衰竭(肾衰竭)的临床疗效。方法:将2012年3月—2013年12月入住本院的符合CRF1-3期诊断标准的200例住院患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,对照组予西医综合对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用芪黄健肾汤高位保留灌肠,并给予心理护理、饮食护理、症状护理等护理措施。结果:治疗组有效率为96%,对照组有效率为68%,两组有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理慢性肾衰竭临床疗效较好。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing in chronic renal failure（ CRF）. Methods： 200 patients in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of CRF1-3 phase hospitalized into this hospital between March,2012 and December,2013 were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 100 cases in each group. Control group were given symptomatic treatment of western medicine while treatment group were additionally given retention enema of Qihuang Kidney-Strengthening Decoction,and further conducted psychological nursing,dietary nursing and symptom nursing. Results： The effective rate was 96% in treatment group and 68% in control group,with significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The Comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in CRF has good clinical effects.
